The filters in micro-expanded network of 18/10 stainless steel and are used for filtration of grease and smoke in the kitchen for the community, they can withstand the heat of the kitchen and the undulating shape allows the fat to slip into the groove perimeter of the hood. They are also used for purification of air initially blocking the thickest part of the dust and where there are sparks.
