Oven portable garden and recessed, stainless steel built internally, externally with steel panels painted with epoxy. Equipped with thermometer, lamp 12 V to check the status of cooking and fan to evenly distribute the heat throughout the cooking zone.

The oven cooking, indirect cooking system separately:
1) The upper part is reserved for the cooking zone.
2) The lower part where the wood burns.
The heat produced heats the cooking chamber through the interspace.
This oven is heated in a few minutes, the temperature is kept constant with a constant supply of wood until the end of cooking.
